TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:
A booking fee is taken in advance to secure your booking with your chosen entertainer (stated above) via “CRAZY LEGS TOWN”. The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, (the booking fee is used for prior preparation of your event, as well as to ensure you event placement is securely booked). Every effort is made to ensure your entertainer (stated above) arrives at the given time. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for late arrivals in circumstances beyond our control including cancellations due to an act of god. It is the responsibility of the client to inform us (Crazy Legs Town) of any changes of venue as soon as possible preferably in writing via email addressed to email@example.com) Please note cancellations made within 10 days prior to the party will be liable to 100% of the remaining balance (less the booking fee).
As all bookings are taken over the phone / via email a signature is not required, so by paying the booking fee confirms your agreement to our terms and conditions.
Please note until both the Non-Refundable Booking Fee has been paid and the confirmation form provided has been submitted, this booking is not secured. So please make sure this is paid within 24 hours to secure the date and time requested for your booking as we can not hold any bookings unless stated otherwise over written/email format. Please send us an email once this payment has been made. Once the booking fee has been received and we have all the relevant booking information via your form, we will send your confirmation unless stated differently. Please allow 7 days from submitting your form to receiving your personalised confirmation form (this will go to the email you enter on the form).
